OUTFIT/REVIEW | AMSTERDAM FASHION WEEK

Yesterday was the official opening of Amsterdam Fasion Week and I was very excited to be present. 

The evening started with the fashionshow of iNDiViDUALS, the fashion label of the students of the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. The collection consisted of many dark shades, high-tech fabrics and silver details. The futuristic looks were combined with roman elements like extravagant armor-like hair accessories.

REVIEW/OUTFIT | ELISE KIM @ AFW

I was invited for the fashion show of Elise Kim at Amsterdam Fashion Week. The evening started with a lecture of Kevin Roberts, worldwide CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, about The Lovemarks and it was quite interesting. After that, Grazia, who sponsored the show, presented Elise Kim and the fashion show began.

It was the first fashion show I ever attended and it was a great experience. There was an amazing difference between the fabrics and the colors in the collection of Elise Kim. The show itself was very basic and simple with the choice of music and lights. I chose to wear a black dress with purple sleeves from ZARA. Click for more if you want to see the pictures!

I found out about this brand after I attended the Dutch finals of Elite Model Look 2011. We all received a goodie bag. You can see the bag itself on the first picture.
