INSPIRATION | VALENTINE'S DAY

Over the years, I always said that I hate Valentine's day and that I find it one big sales stunt. So it was obvious that this year I didn't count down the days till today, but I would be lying if I said that I wasn't a little bit excited this morning. I think that every woman secretly wants to be surprised, in a good way ofcourse, at Valentine's day. It doesn't matter whether it's your lover or a secret admirer. Have a great Valentine's day!

PERSONAL | HOLLAND'S WINTER WONDERLAND

When I woke up last Saturday, I looked outside my window and our whole garden was white. Such a beautiful picture!! So after breakfast, me and my dad went to the nature area called 'Biesbosch', to take some great shots with our cameras. These are a few photographs that were taken that morning. Awesome, isn't it? The world looks more peaceful when it's covered in snow.

REVIEW/OUTFIT | ELISE KIM @ AFW

I was invited for the fashion show of Elise Kim at Amsterdam Fashion Week. The evening started with a lecture of Kevin Roberts, worldwide CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, about The Lovemarks and it was quite interesting. After that, Grazia, who sponsored the show, presented Elise Kim and the fashion show began.

It was the first fashion show I ever attended and it was a great experience. There was an amazing difference between the fabrics and the colors in the collection of Elise Kim. The show itself was very basic and simple with the choice of music and lights. I chose to wear a black dress with purple sleeves from ZARA. Click for more if you want to see the pictures!
